What is Fathers day in Nepal or kushe aausi ?

Fathers day or kushe aausi or Gokarna aausi is holy day or festival marking the consequentiality and  paying homage towards fathers. On this auspicious day people pay reverence, worship and offer their favourite aliment This day is additionally called as "buwa ko mukh herne din" .


This day is additionally called pitri Tirpani aausi.On this day people whose father was deceased go to temple 0r near the bank of river to perform Shraddha. On this day all Hindu tradition adherent bring kush, a holy grass to home which is utilized in different rituals.

What people do and how we celebrate fathers day?

It is believed that once Lord Shiva and Parbati vanished from Himalaya parbat.All he Deities were very surprised and commenced probing them all across the macrocosm.Brahma and other deities caught lord Shiva and Parbati in the lives of deer in selsmantak   forest of Pashupati. The " buck" deer were caught by Brahma by his horns. The horns emerged in Brahmas hands and Brahma commenced to feel culpable as he cerebrated he had done great sin. Than lord Shiva asked Vishnu and Brahma to establish those horns as Shiva linga in somewhere in Nepal as they cerebrate fit.Brahma placed it on Gokarna.Since than, it is believed that worshipping Shiva on Gokarneshwor and doing pinda daan for their deceased fathers is identically tantamount of visiting Gaya 10 times. Gaya is another Hindu holy site which is on India.

 It denotes and edify us that revering our seniors and doting juniors is our prime obligation.
